Nuvii Smart Home (“Nuvii,” “we,” “us”) is a locally owned ADT Authorized Dealer serving the Indianapolis area, operated by Nuvii, LLC. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
- Information you give us: When you fill out a form or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and what you’re looking to protect. If you become a customer, we also collect the details needed to design, install, and service your system.
- Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information (such as your browser type and general location) to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
- Contact you about your free home assessment and answer your questions.
- Design a system and prepare your quote.
- Install, monitor, and service your security system.
- Follow up with helpful information about your account or our services.
Calls and texts
By giving us your phone number, you agree that Nuvii and ADT may call or text you about your assessment, quote, or service — including by automated means. This isn’t a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, or tell us to stop calling and we will.
Who we share it with
- ADT: Because we’re an ADT Authorized Dealer and ADT provides your monitoring, we share the information needed to set up and support your service.
- Business tools: We use trusted services (for example, our customer-management software) to run our business and follow up with you. They only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Legal reasons: We may share information if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
